Bookings
A booking hold fee will be placed on the card provided with any allied health provider’s or specialist’s bookings .
This booking hold fee is removed after completing the required sessions with the allied health provider or specialist. However, a fee will be charged if you fail to attend/or reschedule your appointment without giving our reception staff 24 hours notice. We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule appointments. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling to avoid cancellation fees.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
